I currently offer virtual individual counseling sessions in North Carolina.

Insurance and Rates

I am in network with Blue Cross, Aetna, Quest, and Horizon Blue Cross.

*I am currently in the process of becoming a Tricare-authorized provider and will update once that process is complete. If you have Tricare Select, Reserve Select, or Tricare for life, and are in need of services now, please reach out!

I also offer self-pay and the fee for a 45-60 minute session is $120.

Benefits of self-pay:

  • Insurance requires a diagnosis in order to pay for services. With self-pay, there is no need for a diagnosis to be on record, although we will discuss any diagnoses in session.

  • Choice in selecting the therapist you want for your specific needs

  • Treatment flexibility - no session limits

  • No need for a pre-authorization process, so faster access to care!
